Returns
We understand that occasionally wrong items are ordered, or they simply are not needed. That’s why we strive to make it as convenient as possible to return an item. The following will assist in providing an easy and expediated return in the event that it becomes necessary:
The Following Items May Be Returned:
* Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
* Merchandise that has not been installed or used (we can not resell items that worn or used in any way).
* Merchandise that is still in new unused condition and looks brand new. This means no scratches, marks, blemishes, dirt, debris, or any other signs of installation or use.
* Wrong items shipped (incorrectly filled item on customer order).
* Out-of-box defective/damaged.
Products In The Following Conditions Will NOT Be Returned Or Refunded:
* Installed , used , or modified in any way (unless manufacturer defective).
* Not in the original packaging – all paperwork, instructions must be included and box must be in original condition.
* NO REFUNDS on orders over 30 days.
* Large orders: (Orders containing 5 qty or more of a single item or an order having an invoice total greater than $150)
In order to return an item, please either write “Return To Sender” on the shipping label, or purchase shipping with delivery confirmation.

In order to exchange an item, please either purchase the new item first (fastest way to exchange), and then return the unwanted item.

Shipping Charges:
Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded unless the wrong item was shipped. Any items returned that were purchased in quantity (under 5), and were provided a discount in shipping costs, will have actual shipping costs deducted from the refund balance. Customers are responsible for all “to” and “from” shipping charges associated with shipping warranty items to Seller and back to the customer. Customers will only be refunded the shipping charges if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Qualified refunds will be credited the purchase price, minus the actual shipping charges incurred in initially shipping the item to you.
You may write “Return To Sender” on the original shipping label at your discretion. Be advised, David Powers Limited, LLC. takes no responsibility for merchandise while being returned. Buyer assumes all responsibility of merchandise until it has been received by, and in the possession of, David Powers Limited, LLC.
